Nancy DeMoss Wolgemuth says God is calling you into an active relationship with Him. “You’re not allowed to sit out the game on the bench or just watch it from the sidelines. You can’t just say, “I’m a Christian, and I go to church, or I go to a Bible study, but I’m just going to drift in this Christian life.” Not allowed.”

Continuing on the series, she asks what do you need to live the Christian life? to worship God well? to live as a true worshiper of Jesus Christ? Well, one thing you need is the desire, and then you need power.
God says, “I’ll give you the desire. I’ll give you the motivation, and I’ll give you the power. I’ll give you the enabling to live this life.” It’s a perfect series in the first month of a new year when you feel like everything is new.
