Open The Bible

Open The Bible is the teaching ministry of Pastor Colin Smith. Their mission is to use a broad array of modern media to help people around the world meet Jesus. They do this by opening the Bible for them, helping them open the Bible themselves, and equipping them to open the Bible with others.

    1. If you look under the blue timeline bar on the player there is a magnifying glass for the search option. Type in “Blessed” and you’ll see the results. I believe these are all the episodes so far.

  1. Sorry to be joining the podcast late for this series on the Beatitudes. But feeling blessed all the past episodes are right here! Looking forward to listening and learning more about what is one of my favorite parts of the Bible! Thank you so much for this series!! 🙂

  2. Having the light from God, the desire for God, and a hope in God. These three can add up to a Godly sorrow, infused with God

  3. I listened to the audio on 3/21/24 regarding Judas Iscariot when you say he knew Jesus but walked away. I say Judas walked with Jesus in this world saw all that Jesus did and taught but he (Judas) never actually truly believed who He Jesus said He was the Messiah the Son of God. He (Judas) only knew and excepted Jesus as a great teacher and good & kind man but I (Judas) never believed who Jesus was. When you say Judas walked with and knew Jesus but walked away alludes to once we walk with and know Jesus we can walk away and lose our salvation. That is not so. Remember Judas rejected Jesus on this side of the cross and resurrection of Jesus. Judas never recognize or trust in Jesus for who He is. I do believe like Judas many know about Jesus and even serve He but actually never knew Jesus even today. That is why Jesus said of those who walked with them for a while & then walked away.Jesus said they walked away because they were never one of us just like Judas.
