Cranberry-Nut Bread

The holidays are such a special time for sharing God’s blessings with family and friends. A great way to connect with others this season is to share a meal or recipe with them. A perfect recipe suitable for this holiday season is Veronica’s Cranberry-Nut Bread.

Follow the recipe below and let us know how it turned out!

  • 1 cup melted butter
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs

Mix together well

Add 1 1/2 cups flour and mix

Add and mix 2 cups frozen cranberries and
1 cup walnuts…..don’t chop!

Pan size: about 9×9 or 9×12 well-greased. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn pan and bake till light brown, about 25 more minutes. Can dust with powder sugar.
