“In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.” We hear a lot of talk these days concerning the origin of this world. The theory of evolution (and theory is all it is) is being proclaimed as truth. Theory is not truth, for rarely does a week pass that some theory is not revised. Truth does not change. To declare theory as truth is nothing new. When you find someone who declares the theory of evolution, he usually denies Salvation by Grace alone also. The attempt is to deny that God has anything to do with creation, and if we can deny that and get away with it, we can also conclude that God has nothing, or very little to do with us getting to heaven other than making the place called heaven. If you carry the theory of evolution far enough, you will conclude that there is no such thing as sin, therefore no need of Salvation, no need of Christ, and no need of redemption.
