Amos 5:24 states, “But let judgment run down as waters, and righteousness as a mighty stream.”
God’s righteousness is a mighty stream—flowing, pushing, winding its way to accomplish His will for me.
May His grace carry me along, conforming me, molding me, changing me into the image of His dear Son.
May I not fight against the current of His will, knowing that it is indeed what is truly best for me.
May I learn to accept each bend, each snag, each rock with the assurance that it is divinely ordained.
May I rejoice in the undertow of His goodness and mercy.
Again, as we read in Amos 5:24 “But let judgment run down as waters, and righteousness as a mighty stream.”
