You and I are being transformed into the same image of whatever we’re gazing upon. You could say it like this, “You become like what you behold.”

This is why it’s important to recalibrate our hearts on a regular basis, a daily basis, by spending time with the Lord, in prayer and in His Word. Because, let’s be honest, there are a lot of things competing for our attention and our love. And remember, this transformation process is a gradual process.
