The Greatest Journey | July 21-25, 2025

Jul 01, 2025

Your $6 gift can change a child’s life forever. How? By sending them on The Greatest Journey!

Last year, Family Radio listeners like you came together and generously gifted 1,800 children with their Greatest Journey. This year, our goal is to raise enough money from July 21-25 to send 2,000 children on The Greatest Journey!

What is The Greatest Journey? It’s your gift of 12-lesson, Bible-based discipleship course offered to every child who received an Operation Christmas Child shoebox.

Remember the shoe boxes filled with goodies that churches and Family Radio listeners like you purchase every year for children in need? Well, they don’t only need toys and hygiene products. More than anything, the children need Jesus!

Millions of boys and girls in more than 100 countries around the world—those who received an Operation Christmas Child shoebox—are ready to start their journey with Jesus—but they need your help! Your contribution matters. When you give a child the gift of their Greatest Journey, you give them a deeper understanding of their faith and a more meaningful relationship with their Savior.

What will these 2,000 children receive from my $6 donation? The Greatest Journey is a discipleship program. It’s led by a local teacher from a local church, trained by Samaritan’s Purse, who speaks the child’s language. These children are given study materials and a New Testament Bible in their own language. They are equipped to study the Word of God and share the Gospel with their communities.

Since 2009, over 46 million children have benefited from The Greatest Journey. More than 24 million children have made decisions for Christ! That’s what your $6 gift accomplishes.

Give between July 21 and 25 to help send 2,000 new kids on their Greatest Journey with Jesus!
