Uplift: A New Way to Connect God's Word With Everyday Life

At Family Radio, our mission is to proclaim the Gospel and help people grow in their knowledge of God’s Word. While radio remains at the heart of what we do, today’s listeners are also engaging with biblical content through mobile devices, streaming platforms, and other digital tools. Family Radio is committed to meeting people in those spaces while remaining firmly grounded in the unchanging truth of Scripture.

That is why Family Radio is pleased to support the launch of Uplift, a new Scripture-centered app from 23One, our sister ministry within the Loam Media family.

What is Uplift

Uplift is designed to help people connect the truth of God’s Word with the circumstances they are facing each day. Users can ask a question, describe something happening in their lives, or simply share what is on their hearts. The app then provides personalized devotionals, prayers, Scripture, and conversational guidance rooted in the Bible.

With Uplift, you can:

• Ask questions through text or voice,
• Receive personalized devotionals and prayer suggestions,
• Discover Scripture related to your current season,
• Keep a private prayer journal and record spiritual reflections, and
• Learn from people in the Bible who faced similar struggles and decisions

Uplift uses artificial intelligence to personalize your experience, but the technology is not intended to replace the Bible, prayer, the local church, or the wisdom of trusted Christian leaders. Instead, it is designed to point people beyond the technology to Christ, His Word, prayer, and Christian community.

Why Family Radio Is Supporting Uplift

Family Radio and 23One share a desire to help people encounter biblical truth in meaningful and accessible ways. Family Radio fulfills that calling through Christian radio, teaching, music, digital channels, and other ministry resources. Uplift provides an additional opportunity to engage people who may begin exploring spiritual questions through their phones and other personal devices.

Family Radio is supporting the launch by introducing Uplift to our listeners and helping more people discover this new resource. Through our broadcasts, website, emails, and digital platforms, we hope to connect listeners with another tool that encourages regular engagement with Scripture.

This partnership does not change Family Radio’s mission. It helps extend that mission into another space where people are already spending time.

Our desire is that someone who hears God’s Word on Family Radio can continue reflecting on it throughout the day. A listener may hear a passage during a broadcast, then use Uplift to explore related Scripture, record a prayer, or think more deeply about how biblical truth applies to a particular situation.

As Psalm 119:105 reminds us, “Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.” Whether God’s Word reaches someone through a radio, a website, or a mobile device, it remains the same faithful source of truth, wisdom, and hope.
