An Update for Our Pueblo, Colorado Listeners
If you've experienced interruptions while listening to KFRY in Pueblo, Colorado, we want you to know that we're aware of the issue and are actively monitoring the situation.
Over the past week, our station has experienced several unexpected outages caused by utility power interruptions. While our engineering team is doing everything possible to keep KFRY on the air, these power disruptions are outside of our control.
Southern Colorado has recently experienced strong windstorms, and several significant wildfires are burning across the region. To help reduce the risk of new fires, the local utility company may temporarily shut off power in certain areas during dangerous weather conditions. While we cannot confirm that this is the cause of every outage, these conditions have made reliable service challenging.
We understand how important Family Radio is to so many of you. Whether you listen for biblical teaching, Christ-centered music, or encouragement throughout your day, we know these interruptions can be frustrating. Please know that we are working diligently to restore service as quickly as possible whenever an outage occurs.
Most importantly, we ask you to join us in praying for the people of Pueblo and the surrounding communities. Please pray for the safety of first responders, for those who have been affected by the wildfires, for favorable weather, and for God's protection over everyone in the area.
