Administrative + Listener Services Associate

The LST associate is a member of the frontline team that interacts with Family Radio’s listeners and sets the pace for all listener experiences with Family Radio. Your typical day to day would consist of answering phones to field questions and requests from listeners, responding to letters, emails, and voice mails, making appointments, and coordinating the Family Radio’s Presidents schedule.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls
  • Transfer calls to appropriate departments, take messages if appropriate
  • Take material orders from listeners
  • Retrieve voicemail from three different lines, transcribe, and input into CRM
  • Input Prayer Request into the Prayer Time mailbox
  • Sort through returned mail to determine reason for the return, research and update information in the CRM as appropriate
  • Receive paper correspondence from Accounting Department that needs to be processed
  • Separate correspondence by type and department
  • Read listener letters, make copies for various departments, and input into CRM
  • Receive shipments; call or email person in department to pick up mail
  • Process emails for requests and materials, forward emails to appropriate departments, enter materials requests from emails into the CRM, and reply to all complaints, comments and request for materials
  • Greet all visitors and guests and ensure the safety of the organization by upholding all visitor and guest log in and badge policies
  • Administer the schedule and make appointments for the president of FR
  • Adhere to scheduled hours
  • Other duties as assigned

This is a Full Time, Non-Exempt Monday-Friday Position located at our headquarters in Franklin, TN.
